Welcome to Off Plan Kitchens. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our showroom services, and any products or installations we provide. By using our website or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Off Plan Kitchens (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom design and installation company based in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

2. Website Use

• The content on our website is provided for general information only.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

• All designs, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Off Plan Kitchens and must not be copied or reused without our consent.

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its operation.

3. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• To confirm an order, we usually require:

  • 25% deposit on order confirmation,

  • XXX prior to installation,

  • XXX on completion (unless agreed otherwise in writing).

• Payments must be made via bank transfer, card, or other approved methods.

• Orders cannot be processed until the required deposit is received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bespoke and made-to-measure products cannot be cancelled or refunded once manufacturing has started.

• Standard items may be returnable subject to supplier terms and restocking fees.

• In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order, we will provide a refund of any payments made.

5. Installation & Services

• We will provide an estimated installation date; however, this may change due to supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must ensure the site is ready (e.g., plumbing, electrics, access) before installation begins.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by site issues beyond our control.

• All work will be carried out to industry standards, and we will rectify any defects reported within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to appliances, worktops, and materials.

• Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion.

• Warranties may be voided if products are not properly cared for or if third-party alterations are made.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income or inconvenience, arising from delays, defects, or issues beyond our control.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the contract with you.

8. Marketing & Privacy

• By engaging with us, you acknowledge that we may store your details in line with our [Privacy Policy].

• We may use project photographs for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Finance Options

• We may offer finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase.

• All finance agreements are subject to approval by the finance provider. We do not guarantee acceptance.

• If you choose to pay via finance, you will be entering into a separate agreement directly with the finance provider.

• Off Plan Kitchens is not a lender. We act only as an introducer and may receive a commission for arranging finance.

• The finance provider’s terms and conditions will apply in addition to these Terms. Please ensure you read and understand them before signing any finance agreement.

• In the event of cancellation or refund, any finance agreement must also be cancelled or adjusted with the finance provider.
