1. Introduction
Welcome to Off Plan Kitchens Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Definitions
“Customer”, “you”, “your” – the person or entity purchasing goods or services.
“Goods” – kitchen products, cabinetry, appliances, worktops, and associated items supplied by us.
“Services” – design work, delivery, installation, project management, and any associated professional services.
“Contract” – the legally binding agreement formed once we issue an order confirmation or accept a deposit.
3. Website Use
3.1 You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its functionality, security, or data.
3.2 All content on the website, including text, images, drawings, CAD designs, renders, video, and branding, is the intellectual property of Off Plan Kitchens Limited and must not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
3.3 We may update or change website content at any time without notice.
4. Quotations & Orders
4.1 Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4.2 A contract is formed only when:
You accept the quotation and
A deposit is paid, or we issue a written order confirmation.
4.3 Drawings, CAD files, and designs remain our property until the order is paid in full.
4.4 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend quotations prior to acceptance.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT where indicated.
5.2 Payment terms (unless otherwise stated):
10% deposit to secure an order
40% payment prior to manufacture
Remaining balance payable before delivery or installation
5.3 Late payments may delay delivery and installation.
5.4 We reserve the right to charge interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
6. Design Services
6.1 Designs, drawings, and renders are produced based on the information provided by you.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring all measurements, appliance details, and layout preferences are accurate.
6.3 We accept no liability for issues caused by incorrect measurements supplied by the customer unless we have carried out a site survey.
6.4 Design files remain the intellectual property of Off Plan Kitchens Limited until the project is fully paid.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, or third-party factors beyond our control.
7.2 You must ensure clear and safe access for delivery and that deliveries are made to a secure, dry environment, as we will not be held responsible for any damages as a result of moisture ingress.
7.3 Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Installation (if applicable)
8.1 Our approved installers or subcontractors carry out installation services.
8.2 You must ensure the site is prepared and accessible, including:
Plumbing and electrical first-fix
Removal of the old kitchen unless agreed otherwise
Suitable working conditions
8.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by other trades.
8.4 Any additional works identified during installation (e.g., levelling floors, rectifying walls, unforeseen plumbing issues) may incur additional charges.
Please note, we offer end-to-end installation services, as well as any other supplementary works via our parent company, Woodson Kitchen Contractors.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and measurements (on the basis of supply-only)
Ensure the property is accessible
Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord consent)
Protect flooring and furniture before installation
Notify us of structural issues, damp, unsafe wiring, or similar hazards
10. Cancellations
10.1 Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of paying your deposit for a full refund.
10.2 After this time, deposits may be non-refundable due to manufacturing commitments.
10.3 Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
11. Returns & Refunds
11.1 Bespoke/made-to-measure cabinetry, painted doors, and customised products are non-returnable unless defective.
11.2 Standard products may be returned only with prior approval and may be subject to restocking fees.
11.3 Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection of the returned goods.
12. Warranties
12.1 Cabinetry Warranty
All cabinetry manufactured by Off Plan Kitchens is covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
12.2 Door Warranty
All doors supplied by Off Plan Kitchens, including painted, wrapped, veneered, or in-house finished doors, carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
12.3 Installation Workmanship Warranty
Installation workmanship carried out directly by Off Plan Kitchens or our authorised installers is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.
12.4 Appliances & Third-Party Product Warranties
All appliances, sinks, taps, worktops, and other third-party products are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s own warranty. Off Plan Kitchens will assist with proof of purchase where required, but cannot extend or alter the manufacturer's terms.
12.5 Warranty Exclusions
These warranties do not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, spills, water ingress, excessive heat, or lack of reasonable care
Wear and tear, including natural movement of timber or painted surfaces
Issues arising from installation, modification, or adjustment by third parties
Damage caused by environmental conditions such as dampness or poor ventilation
Failure to follow care or maintenance instructions
12.6 Your Responsibility
To maintain your warranty, products must be cared for in accordance with our guidance and must not be altered, dismantled, or repaired by unauthorised parties.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 We are not liable for:
Losses caused by third-party contractors
Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or external events
Consequential losses such as lost income, stress, or disruption
13.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.
14. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, photographs, and content produced by us remain the property of Off Plan Kitchens unless transferred in writing.
We reserve the right to use completed kitchen images (with your permission) for marketing purposes.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
18. Finance Options
18.1 Availability of Finance
We may offer finance options to help you spread the cost of your purchase. All finance is provided by approved third-party finance lenders.
18.2 Approval & Credit Checks
All finance agreements are subject to eligibility checks, credit approval, and the terms set by the finance provider. Off Plan Kitchens does not guarantee acceptance.
18.3 Our Role
Off Plan Kitchens is not a lender. We act solely as a credit broker/introducer and may receive a commission from the finance provider for arranging your application.
Any finance agreement you enter into is a separate contract between you and the finance provider.
18.4 Your Responsibilities
Before entering into a finance agreement, you must ensure you have read, understood, and accepted the lender’s full terms and conditions. These will apply in addition to our Terms of Service.
18.5 Cancellations & Refunds for Finance Purchases
If your order is cancelled or amended after entering into a finance agreement:
Any refund or adjustment to your kitchen order will follow our standard cancellation terms; and
The associated finance agreement must also be cancelled or amended directly with the finance provider.
Failure to do so may result in ongoing finance charges that we are not responsible for.
18.6 Misuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to decline access to finance options where we suspect misuse, fraud, or in situations where the product suitability cannot be established.
