Where is Off Plan Kitchens based?
We’re based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, just a short walk from the Tesco Superstore near Littlehampton Marina. From our showroom and workshop, we design, manufacture, and install bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms across Sussex and beyond. Plenty of free parking is available on site.

Do you only do kitchens?
Not at all. While kitchens are our speciality, we also design and fit bespoke bedrooms, bathrooms, and storage solutions. We manufacture much of our own furniture in-house, which means we can offer fully customised designs to suit your home.

Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, we’d love to welcome you. Our showroom in Littlehampton showcases a range of kitchen displays, bathroom and bedroom solutions, as well as flooring options. You can also see our factory and spray shop in action.

Do you offer a free design consultation?
We do. We’ll listen to your ideas, measure your space, and create a tailored design. You’ll also be able to see your kitchen or bathroom in professional 3D design software before making decisions. Whilst our designs are absolutely stunning, they are also well considered, ensuring they work perfectly for you, and with fitting in mind.

Do you manufacture your own kitchens?
Yes. Unlike many independent retailers, we build a large proportion of our kitchens in our own Littlehampton facility. We even spray paint doors in-house, giving you unlimited colour options. This means better quality control and faster turnaround. We’re extremely proud of our product, so do come and take a look!

Can I see your factory?
Absolutely! When you visit us, we’ll be delighted to give you the whole tour. We’re genuinely passionate about what we do and love showing how your kitchen goes from an initial design concept through to being installed in your home by our in-house team.

What brands do you work with?
We partner with trusted suppliers such as Neff, Bosch, Siemens, Quooker, CDA, Blanco, Silestone, Dekton and many more, alongside our own bespoke cabinetry.

Do you offer supply-only kitchens?
Yes, you can choose between supply-only or our full supply & fit service.

Do you offer pre-fit service?
Yes, this is an essential part of our supply & fit. Our parent company, Woodson Kitchen Contractors, will come out with the plans, go through all the measurements, and capture any other supplementary needs.

How long does a kitchen installation take?
A typical kitchen installation takes 1–2 weeks. Larger projects (with building works or bathrooms) may take longer. We’ll always provide a clear schedule before work begins. This is generally confirmed as part of our pre-fit survey.

Do you manage all the trades?
Yes, with our supply & fit service, we handle everything: plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, and flooring.

Do you cover areas outside of Littlehampton?
Absolutely, we work across West Sussex and surrounding areas, including Worthing, Shoreham, Hove, Brighton, and often as far as Newhaven.

Do you offer finance or staged payments?
We usually work with deposit and staged payments linked to milestones. Flexible finance options may be available on request, subject to status.

Can you help with small kitchens or awkward spaces?
Yes, our bespoke designs maximise every inch of space.
